The following costs are not included in tuition.

Fee Descriptions

Technology Fee - The Technology fee covers various costs for providing technology resources and services to students including computer labs, Help Desk services, and installing and maintaining hardware and software technology.

Health Services Fee - The Health Services fee covers various costs for providing students with access to physical and mental health resources including a Registered Nurse on campus, mental health counseling, and the ability to make appointments through the Health Center to see a doctor at UPMC.

University Fee - The University fee covers various costs including student services costs, library services, administrative costs, training costs, facility needs, etc.

Activity Fee - The Activity fee income is applied to various student activities and services including the operation of the Student Center.

Point Park reserves the right to make changes to the content of courses, its course offerings, scheduling, and modality of instruction. The tuition and fees associated with your education apply regardless of the mode of instruction, whether ultimately delivered in-person or otherwise. Tuition and fees will not be refunded in the event that on-ground instruction occurs remotely for any part of the academic year unless otherwise permitted under the Tuition and Fees Refund Policy set in the course catalog applicable to a student’s program.
